We’re looking for a Machine Learning Scientist to take on this challenge with us. You’ll join our ML and AI squad, focusing on the development of generative AI agents, and work closely with our Head of Data and Data teams. Your contributions will help millions of creators and businesses build stronger relationships through automation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

• Contribute to the development of generative AI and other ML products, working closely with stream-aligned product teams.
• Support testing and monitoring strategies for generative AI outputs to ensure reliability and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Data Platform team to improve model deployment, monitoring, validation, and governance processes.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented ML code and pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team.

TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE 💥

You’ll need:

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Machine Learning Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience developing and deploying ML models throughout the product lifecycle.
• Experience with generative AI and LLM models preferred, including prompt engineering and RAG applications.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, Ray, Keras, Spark).
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure (AWS and Snowflake preferred).
• Practical experience with model testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
