Your Tasks

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a motivated, stable, and high-performing environment.

• Quantitative modeling and forecasting of global financial, mobility, and industrial market developments with Excel and Python-based models.

• Identify strategic topics and drive content and product development initiatives.

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, leveraging their insights.

• Execute cross-company projects successfully, ensuring proactive and tailored communication flows within and across departments.

• Provide technical guidance in data operations and AI projects, ensuring best practices, efficient architecture, and scalable solutions.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

• At least 3-5 years of digital product ownership experience, with a strong affinity for working at the intersection of product and technology. First leadership experience is a plus.

• Experience with market modeling principles and advanced comprehension of research methods.

• Familiar with basic macroeconomic indicators, such as GDP, inflation, and exchange rates with good general knowledge about economic interrelationships of countries.

• Development of largely automated data analyses (forecasts, optimization algorithms, and other analysis methods) to support business decisions using data visualization, statistics, and machine learning.

• Python proficiency, including the ability to develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and experience in database management and optimization.

• Identification, conceptualization, implementation, and evaluation of AI solutions for intelligent business processes.
