Data and Analytics Manager

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for an experienced Data & Analytics Manager to lead our analytics team, covering both the Czech and Slovak markets. This role is ideal for someone passionate about scalable data solutions, driving reporting standards, and mentoring a diverse team of internal and external specialists. We are looking for a candidate who enjoys new challenges and has an appetite to break into the world of beer!

WHAT ARE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Define Data & Analytics strategy as a key vehicle to drive data driven HEINEKEN Strategy
· Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders, understanding needs and translating them into data-driven solutions.
· Lead and manage a cross-country team of Power BI specialists and Azure Databricks developers.
· Oversee data pipeline maintenance and development using Azure Databricks, aligning with both local and global data standards.
· Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI, ensuring consistent visual identity, transparent methodologies, and reliable data sources.
· Deliver Power BI training for Data Translators and provide hands-on Excel support to business power users.
· Ensure strong Reporting Governance: prioritize report development, applied methodologies, and maintain high reporting standards.
· Collaborate with global data teams to coordinate and align on local and global data projects and data integration.

EXPECTATIONS FROM THE CANDIDATE

· Strong proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
· Solid understanding of Azure Databricks and its ecosystem.
· Experience with project management and stakeholder communication.
· Proven people management skills, ideally managing remote or cross-country teams.
· Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
· Fluency in English (spoken and written).
· Approx. 6 years of experience in Analytics
Nice to Have:
· Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks development.
· Experience working in a global or matrix environment
· Driving licence B

REMUNERATION INFORMATION
Basic gross monthly salary min. TBA + annual bonus up to 14%. Final salary depends on previous experiences of candidate.
