How will it be to work with us?

- Design, build & refine optimization models: Develop metaheuristic algorithms (simulated annealing, constraint programming, etc.) and explore mathematical‑programming approaches.

- From prototype to production: Write clean, tested Python, review peers’ code; deploy services through our CI/CD pipeline.

- Monitor & improve performance: Profile algorithms, tune parameters, track KPIs, and ship incremental improvements.

- Expand beyond optimization: Take on projects in forecasting, experimentation design, causal inference, or ML as business needs evolve.

- Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with operations, scheduling, finance and IT teams to turn data and constraints into actionable solutions.

- Stay ahead of trends: Apply new industry methods and academic research to enhance workflows and processes.
