THE ROLE:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Data Intelligence Analyst to join the Astara Intelligence team. This role is ideal for someone currently in an internship or early professional stage who wants to deepen their experience in data analysis within the mobility sector. The main focus will be on analyzing digital marketing data to optimize our clients' online performance. You will support various projects, especially those related to marketing performance, actively participating in all phases and learning from experienced professionals. It’s a great opportunity to build skills in analysis, reporting, and insight generation in an international environment.
MAIN FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support & Assist: Help the team generate reports and dashboards, focusing particularly on key digital marketing performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign results.
Analyze & Learn: Assist in analyzing complex data sets, with a primary focus on digital marketing sources (e.g., web analytics, social media data, campaign performance, …). Learn to extract valuable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
Collaborate & Participate: Actively engage in team meetings and project workstreams, contributing your perspective on marketing data analysis and supporting project goals across all phases.
Explore & Experiment: Participate in exploring new ways to leverage digital marketing data and support the testing of new analytical tools and methodologies relevant to marketing.
Data Exposure: Gain exposure to working with diverse data types, including specific marketing platform data, alongside internal, open, and third-party data sources. Learn about data integration concepts relevant to marketing analytics.
International Environment: Collaborate with team members on international projects, potentially involving analysis of marketing activities across different regions.
Prepare & Present: Assist in preparing materials, including insights derived from marketing data, for presentations and internal communications
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. A demonstrated interest or coursework specifically in Digital Marketing is highly desirable.
Experience: Relevant coursework, academic projects (especially those involving marketing data analysis), or previous internships are considered a plus.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical aptitude, curiosity, and a passion for solving problems using data, particularly in the context of marketing effectiveness.
Proactive & Eager: A proactive attitude, highly motivated to learn, contribute, and actively participate within the team, especially concerning digital marketing analytics.
Collaboration: Good communication and teamwork skills. Comfortable working in a diverse and international setting.
Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is essential. Familiarity with data analysis tools (like SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau) and digital marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Similar Web, Talkwalker, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) is a significant bonus, but a strong willingness to learn is key.
Languages: High level of Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is required.
