An exciting and challenging opportunity exists for a Data Quality Officer to join the Data and Quality Team.
This is a permanent role, working 36.5 hours per week to support the Head of Service and Quality and Standards Officer to co-ordinate and deliver on the work of the Principal Social Worker, including the Quality Assurance agenda.
The main duties of this role are the maintenance of over 400 Policies, Procedures and Guidance documents for the Adults Directorate, monitoring and recording of the number of supervisions and social care case file audits completed. The analysis of the case file audits and supervision audits, ensuring the citizen’s voice is heard by collecting and collating feedback from Citizens and maintaining the content on the Practice Hub SharePoint site.
The role will be affecting cultural change and be monitoring, developing and improving data and quality performance. You will be required to assist with setting standards, meet deadlines and will be expected to understand the value of information within Adult Social Care. You will have experience of successfully delivering on performance initiatives within set timescales. Strong communication skills to a wide range of audiences is essential, as is being able to work with a high level of accuracy.
Please note this role is NOT heavily involved with work on Eclipse (the Directorates Care Records system) and providing data and guidance and support to social work teams in this respect.
