What’s the role? You'll be the data wizard in our Business Lending Product team, turning raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. This permanent role is based in Sydney, with flexible working hours to fit your lifestyle. You'll design intuitive data visualizations, gather and structure data, and share your insights to boost performance and productivity. Your mission? To make data work for us and our customers, creating both short-term wins and long-term benefits.

What do I need?

• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and statistical modelling.
• Strong SQL skills, especially with Teradata SQL.
• Experience in designing and implementing data solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for process improvement.
• Ability to present and deliver data analyses to senior stakeholders.
