We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Power Platform Developer to join our digital transformation team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining business applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The ideal candidate is passionate about low-code/no-code development and possesses a deep understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps).
• Create, manage, and optimize flows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports with Power BI to support informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and convert them into functional solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Excel, and Dataverse.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and documentation of applications.
• Provide training and support to end users as needed.
• Ensure best practices in data security, governance, and performance optimization across solutions.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application development.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem including SharePoint, Excel, and Dataverse.
• Proficiency in building Canvas apps with user-friendly interfaces and business logic.
• Experience in designing automated, scheduled, and instant flows in Power Automate.
• Skilled in Power BI report development, including data modeling and DAX formulas.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
