Job Overview : The Learning & Development Reporting Analyst plays a crucial role in providing data-driven insights to optimize our L&D programs and initiatives. This individual will be responsible forcollecting, analyzing, and reporting on key L&D metrics, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions regarding learning effectiveness, program impact, and resource allocation.
The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for leveraging data to improve learning outcomes.

Job Location: Bangalore or Gurgaon


Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Management:
o Gather and consolidate data from various L&D systems (LMS, LXP, HRIS, etc.).
o Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validation.
o Develop and maintain databases and data repositories for L&D information.
Reporting and Analysis:
o Design and generate regular and ad-hoc reports on key L&D metrics (e.g.,
training completion rates, learner engagement, skill proficiency, ROI of training
programs).
o Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to learning
effectiveness and program impact.
o Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to communicate key metrics
to stakeholders.
o Conduct needs analysis to determine reporting requirements and develop
appropriate solutions.

Performance Measurement and Evaluation:
o Develop and implement evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness of L&D programs.
o Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to learning
outcomes and business impact.

o Provide recommendations for program improvements based on data analysis.
o Conduct post training evaluations and analyze data to improve future training.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Collaborate with L&D team members, HR partners, and business leaders to understand reporting needs.
o Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise
manner.
o Provide training and support to stakeholders on how to interpret and utilize L&D reports.  
Process Improvement:
o Identify and recommend process improvements related to data collection,
reporting, and analysis.
o Stay up to date on industry best practices and emerging trends in L&D analytics.

Qualifications:
 Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.
 Experience:
o 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role.
o Experience working in a Learning & Development or HR environment is preferred.
o Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) is a plus.

Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power
BI).
o Excellent communication and presentation skills.  
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Strong attention to detail and accuracy.  
o Knowledge of Learning and Development metrics and evaluation methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
o Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g. R, Python).
o Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
