Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Data Manager
Location: Barcelona, Spain (hybrid)
Job Description
As the Regulatory Affairs Data Manager, you will support regulatory operations team by contributing to the management, analysis and reporting of regulatory data.
As part of the transition from siloed applications to a unified platform, this position will ensure the consistent recording, management and use of regulatory data across all departments, as well as the execution of reporting activities.
The role reports to Head of Global Regulatory Operations and Excellence
Key Responsibilities
In close collaboration with the Business Process Owners:
Inventory data and establish dictionaries of all metadata used in Regulatory Affairs system(s) such as RIMS, EDMS, Publishing tools
Identify discrepancies and possible alignments between different systems
Propose process/system improvements to better align/use data
Establish measures to improve data quality
Implement routine analysis to ensure data consistency
Implement and maintain reporting to measure business activities and system usage
Contribute to IT projects requiring data analysis or data migration, as needed
Act as Data Steward for Regulatory Affairs and be part of Data Governance, as needed
Skills & Qualifications
Background in Pharmaceutical companies in a similar role
2 to 3 years of experience within Regulatory Affairs
Be a data-driven professional who thrives working with IT systems
Advanced experience working with Excel, data mapping, databases
RIMS (Regulatory Information Management System) knowledge and Reporting tools (Business Object or other) are preferred
Fluent in English
