Senior Lead Software Engineer

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments:

·       Graduates in BE/BTech/MTech – Computer Science or a related field.

·       8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on system design and architecture.

·       Extensive experience in Python backend development.

·       Hands-on experience with Angular frontend development.

·       Strong knowledge and practical experience with PostgreSQL and database design.

·       Proven track record of hands-on coding and active involvement in the development process.

It would be great if you also had . . .:

·       Experience in designing scalable, distributed systems and implementing microservices architecture.

·       Knowledge of Machine Learning, Automation, and Big Data frameworks.

·       Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.

·       Strong understanding of SCRUM and Agile development methodologies.

·       Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

What will you be doing in this role?

·       Translate business problems and product designs into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

·       Architect and design scalable and efficient software systems, defining technical standards and best practices.

·       Lead a team of engineers to develop, implement, and maintain the designed solutions.

·       Engage in hands-on coding and development alongside your team to prototype and iterate on solutions.

·       Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of applications.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

·       Drive technical innovation, continuously improving system architecture and development processes.

·       Participate in SCRUM ceremonies, mentoring team members and ensuring alignment with Agile practices.
