About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised FTC intern to support critical business operations, primarily across Sales, Marketing, and Operations. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, comfortable with data and tools, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a start-up environment.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Manage and cleanse data across systems for reporting and data analysis (RevOps and MarketingOps)
- Support the coordination of customer meetings across the sales cycle and post-sales customer success
- Support the coordination of marketing operations activities
- Help with tooling orchestration and workflow automation, and optimisation
- Support the running of our ML Ops events and broader business development initiatives
- Provide general support to the Leadership Team on specific projects as and when required
- Opportunity to support ML/AI engineering and technical projects if the skills and experience align
What You Will Bring to the Team:
- Professional skills demonstrated through at least one previous position working in a business environment (ideally in a sales, marketing, or analyst role)
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and collaboration tools
- Basic understanding of sales cycles, data analysis, and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment
Location:
- Hybrid minimum 2 days a week - Old Street, London
Duration:
- This is a fixed-term role for 5 days a week over the period of June to September - ideal for university students seeking summer work experience.
