You will play a pivotal role in translating complex data into actionable insights, enabling strategic decision-making across business development, sales enablement, and operational performance. If you’re energized by numbers, thrive in cross-functional environments, and enjoy turning chaos into clarity—this is your space to shine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the coordination and execution of strategic regional and global initiatives under IDTaskForce and CG SG&A.
  • Support product releases, business development deliverables, and ad-hoc analytical projects with agility and precision.
  • Empower regional teams to leverage global sales reports for opportunity identification and assortment optimization.
  • Provide analytical support for strategic sales campaigns including Stock to Cash (S2C) and other commercial push initiatives.
  • Own, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards (e.g., EPOS, Assortment Tracking) with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Drive data quality, consistency, and reliability through robust validation and tool development.
  • Automate reporting pipelines and facilitate scalable data collection processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as Weighted Distribution (WD) and sales performance metrics.
  • Deliver high-impact insights to improve operational efficiency and drive business outcomes.
  • Partner with the Finance team to manage budget tracking, raise purchase orders, and validate departmental costs.
  • Ensure financial planning is data-backed and transparent.
  • Act as the connective tissue between local and global stakeholders to align on KPIs, resolve bottlenecks, and keep everyone on-message.
  • Be the go-to liaison for analytics support during strategic reviews and operational rollouts.
  • Take the lead in coordinating this global initiative—monitor order lifecycles, flag anomalies, and drive closure on delivery gaps.
  • Ensure data integrity and alignment with global process standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst role, ideally within a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI (report building, data modeling, DAX) and Python (data manipulation, automation, and visualization).
  • Deep understanding of metrics, KPIs, and performance levers—able to translate data into business stories.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, deliver under tight timelines, and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal. Able to tailor messages to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Razor-sharp attention to detail, especially in validating data and maintaining reporting accuracy.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, proactive in solving problems, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
