Compensation Range:

$77,216.00 - $115,824.00

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities:

GENERAL PURPOSE
Develops and improves methods of data collection, analysis, and reporting. Leads and determines best practices and develops actionable insights and recommendations for customer needs or issues. Partners directly with a department or school to identify analytical requirements. Collects data requirements, determines technical issues, and develops ad-hoc reports. Handles special analytical projects as needed. Performs and interprets data studies. Develops predictive models, data mining and custom analysis. Oversees a team of data analytic professionals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Identifies, analyzes, interprets, and presents data trends, patterns, and results. Performs deep-dive analysis using statistical techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and insights. Drives key projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Interacts with stakeholders across departments to create, manage, and track important trends and events impacting the business. Serves as a liaison between the data analysis team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Collaborates with senior leadership to identify data-driven opportunities and support strategic decision-making processes.
  • Develops and implements advanced data analysis methodologies to support research projects, clinical studies, and/or operational initiatives. Ensures the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data by establishing robust data quality control measures. Generates comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
  • Leads and mentors staff, providing guidance, training, and professional development opportunities. Oversees the day-to-day operations of data analysis, ensuring efficient workflows and timely project completion. Fosters a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging team members to contribute ideas and solutions.
  • Ensures an effective internal control environment, compliance with organizational policies, and provide support for regular internal and external audits. Ensures all data analysis activities comply with relevant regulations, policies, and ethical standards. Maintains the highest level of confidentiality and data security, safeguarding sensitive information.
  • Presents complex data analysis results to non-technical audiences in a clear and understandable manner.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience required
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
