Aura Intelligence is seeking a dynamic and innovative Forward-Deployed Solutions Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll work directly with clients to implement our cutting-edge alt-data technology solutions, ensuring successful deployments that drive client success and satisfaction. You will serve as a technical consultant and an advocate for our customers, bridging the gap between operational needs and technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with clients to understand their specific business challenges and technical requirements.
• Design and implement customized solutions utilizing Aura's SaaS platform, focusing on maximizing value and ROI for clients.
• Provide technical expertise during the pre-sales and post-sales processes, addressing any client concerns and ensuring smooth project executions.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and satisfy client needs.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, product demos, and workshops to educate clients on best practices and functionalities of our platform.
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients post-deployment, ensuring they are leveraging our platform effectively to meet their goals.
• Stay on top of industry trends and advancements to continuously improve solutions and maintain a competitive edge.

Working Environment:

This role may require occasional travel to client sites for implementation and training sessions. As part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or a similar role, preferably in the SaaS or data analytics space.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, data science, or analytics and a passion for problem-solving.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, and familiar with various data formats and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering technical solutions that drive business results.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with strong organizational and project management skills.
• A strong desire to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing tech landscape.
