Description

We’re hiring a BDR Operations Manager to optimize the operational backbone of our global Business Development Representative (BDR) team. This is a critical role focused on building the systems, processes, and insights that enable BDRs to execute effectively and drive high-quality pipeline.

In addition to BDR operations, you’ll support our email marketing channel (~30% of the role), primarily by managing testing frameworks, improving automation, and using AI-driven tools to generate and iterate on email copy — based on inputs from stakeholders such as content and campaign managers. You won't be writing content from scratch but will use available content, prompts, and data to scale efforts.

This is a highly data-driven role, ideal for someone who loves optimizing processes, uncovering insights, and leveraging automation and AI to move faster and smarter.

Location: Home Office (Remote)

Responsibilities:

BDR Operations (~70%)

  • Design and maintain scalable workflows and systems to support the day-to-day execution of BDRs across regions and segments
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure high-quality lead routing, follow-up processes, performance reporting, and attribution tracking
  • Monitor and analyze BDR activity metrics (e.g., connect rates, conversion rates, productivity benchmarks) to recommend and implement improvements
  • Support onboarding and training by ensuring tools, processes, and documentation are streamlined and up-to-date
  • Identify operational blockers and proactively recommend solutions that improve speed, precision, and pipeline impact

Email Marketing Operations (~30%)

  • Manage the execution of outbound and nurture email campaigns using AI tools (e.g., GPT) to generate test copy based on stakeholder inputs and approved messaging guidelines
  • Set up and manage A/B tests to optimize subject lines, CTAs, and message structure — using performance metrics to inform iterations
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams to ensure emails align with campaign goals and brand tone
  • Analyze open, click, and response rates to drive insights, improve segmentation, and enhance email automation performance
  • Partner with Marketing Automation and CRM teams to improve data flows and reporting around outbound emails

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, BDR/SDR support, or campaign operations within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record supporting or optimizing high-performance BDR or inside sales teams
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs (Salesforce preferred), sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Regie.ai, RevenueHero, etc.), and marketing automation tools (Marketo)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions based on KPIs and testing results
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as GPT and how to leverage them to generate and refine campaign content efficiently
  • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to align multiple teams around shared goals.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple operational streams in a fast-changing environment
  • Experience with tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, RingLead, and Marketo – an advantage
  • Understanding of funnel metrics, lead scoring, and pipeline attribution – an advantage
  • Comfort building dashboards or reports in tools like Salesforce or similar BI platforms – an advantage
