The Lead, Data Quality/Integrity works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
The Associate Director, Data Quality/Integrity will lead and manage the HEDIS Supplemental Data operations. This includes executing, maintaining, and continuously improving an operational framework that includes high quality metrics, documentation, quality controls, reporting, and exceptional delivery. The Associate Director will be responsible for ensuring the team lives Humana's values, aligns to leadership's direction, delivers supplemental data for HEDIS, develops associates, operates within budget, and maintains a culture focused on excellence. This leader will also be required to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal Stars leaders and teams, internal partner teams, and external data providers.
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee supplemental data operations for receiving files, loading files, creating new connections, and enhancing existing connections.
Develop your associates and grow bench strength to minimize organization risks.
Partner with internal leaders to plan, prioritize, and deliver strategic connections.
Monitor the operational metrics, controls, and KPIs to ensure issues are identified and resolved quickly, smooth operations are sufficiently evidenced, and reports to leadership are accurate and timely.
Work with the internal Connection Health Team to assist in problem resolution.
Work with the internal Continuous Improvement team to integrate process improvements and influence technical and process strategy.
Manage relationships with internal market leaders and external data providers to ensure effective management and responsiveness for active connections.
Cultivate a culture of excellence.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
6 or more years of data management, operations and/or healthcare data experience
2 or more years of management experience
Strong understanding with commensurate experience in operations management
Strong technical understanding of data quality management principles
Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools and techniques
Deep understanding of how data supports corporate strategy, is used within business processes and its impact
Preferred Qualifications
Applicable Master's Degree, such as an MBA, MS Data Science, MS Informatics, MS Information Systems, etc.
Experience with healthcare data, standards, and practices.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
