If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at Salesforce as a Senior Data Analyst.As a Senior Analyst in our Internal recruiting operations organization, you will play a critical role in helping our clients make data-driven decisions by generating strategic insights and self-serve products. You will work with large and diverse datasets, utilizing your expertise in data visualization tools and techniques to develop interactive dashboards and reports. Your consulting, insights, and visualizations will empower our clients to understand their data and drive business growth.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data visualization principles and techniques, as well as a deep understanding of data analysis and storytelling in the HR or Recruiting domain.   • Develop and design data visualizations using various tools and techniques to effectively communicate complex data insights.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their data needs and create customized dashboards and reports to meet their requirements.
  • Utilize your expertise in data visualization and analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Analyze and interpret large and diverse datasets to identify trends and patterns and translate them into compelling visual stories.
  • Stay updated with the latest data visualization tools, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of visualizations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data sources and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improving data visualization processes and workflows.
  • Stay knowledgeable about industry trends and developments in data visualization to suggest innovative and effective solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support business development efforts by showcasing the value of data visualization services. Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all visualizations and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies and regulations. Act as a subject matter expert for data visualization within the organization and participate in knowledge sharing activities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data visualization and analytics
  • Outstanding data analysis and quantitative skills, including attention to detail and ability to manage various data points to achieve a common goal (people knowledge, internal data, external tools)
  • Advanced ability to advise partners and translate business problems into research to inform decisions
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate analytics insights to non-technical audiences, including senior executive leadership
  • Advanced ability to investigate, analyze and solve complex problems/issues
  • Demonstrated track record for planning, completing, and auditing work; able to see and apply results strategically and systematically, breaking down problems or processes into their parts and developing several alternative solutions
  • Ability to partner, influence, and work effectively with all levels of an organization
  • Previous experience in the recruiting analytics space at a large company, preferred

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $111,200 to $152,900.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
