Are you passionate about artificial intelligence, machine learning, and programming? We’re seeking an Innovation Developer to join our dynamic Innovation Team, where you’ll use Python to build AI-driven solutions and prototype transformative technologies. If you’re excited about coding, collaborating, and learning in a high-tech environment, this is your chance to launch a rewarding career in AI and ML.

What You’ll Do:

  • Write clean, efficient code in Python with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or Scikit-learn to build and test ML models and prototypes, leveraging Linux environments. Able to expand programming expertise to other languages such as C++ and Java.
  • Collaborate with engineering, application, and customer support teams to apply AI insights to real-world applications.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field (computer science, data science, or ML skills advantageous).
  • Alternatively, skills equivalent to a mid-level computer scientist (e.g., strong object-oriented programming, testing, and data management) or a junior AI/ML engineer (e.g., basic AI/ML capabilities with mentoring).
  • Proficiency in at least one of Python, C++, Fortran, Julia, or Java, with familiarity with Linux; experience with AI/ML libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) or simulation methods is a plus. A curious, problem-solving mindset with enthusiasm for learning AI, ML, and semiconductor technologies.
  • Good communication skills to work with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Passion for innovation, resilience, and a proactive approach to exploring new ideas.
