About the Innovations, Research & Data Team 

We're a group of enthusiastic data analysts, data and ML engineers, and data scientists. We also have a team consisting of developers taking care of our SaaS toolsets (Mixpanel, Salesforce). Projects run on agile methodology, and we tackle interesting problems from anomaly detection on time series and sentiment analysis all the way to designing and implementing resilient pipelines processing hundreds of GigaBytes daily. Our stack consists of Apache Spark (for big data processing), AWS S3 (as data lake storage), PostgreSQL and AWS Redshift (DWH), Tableau (reporting), TensorFlow, and Keras (ML frameworks). We use Python as our main language as well as experimenting with Scala. We also manage Salesforce (marketing and sales processes) and Mixpanel (user activity in our product). We care deeply about clean, maintainable, and testable code. 

Role Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to be a key driver in our Business Intelligence (BI) function. In this standalone role within our analytics unit, you will serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across departments—turning data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions and optimize performance.

You’ll work closely with our BI Architect (who handles data governance and warehouse ETLs) and use tools like Tableau and PostgreSQL to create meaningful dashboards and data products. This role is perfect for someone who thrives independently, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and brings a proactive, consultancy mindset to problem-solving.

What You'll Do Here

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to explore use cases, uncover opportunities, and provide recommendations
• Lead analysis initiatives to identify trends, gaps, and growth areas—supporting business expansion and strategic planning
• Design and build optimized data models and visualizations in Tableau that empower teams to make informed decisions
• Utilize the latest Tableau Cloud capabilities, including Tableau Pulse, to deliver and explore AI-powered, real-time insights
• Translate business requirements into clear data solutions and ensure high-quality execution across dashboards and reports
• Own project management responsibilities, including communication, timelines, and expectation-setting
• Provide data consultancy and training to non-technical stakeholders, enhancing data literacy across the organization

What You’ll Bring To Us

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, BI reporting, or related fields
• Proven expertise in SQL and a strong understanding of relational databases
• Hands-on experience building complex dashboards in Tableau (or similar BI tools)
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, quickly understand business needs, and translate them into data solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders
• Proactive, self-driven mindset with a consultancy approach to internal partnerships
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Fluency in English (B2+), and experience working in global/multicultural environments
