Your role as  Power BI Developer will play a key part in designing and embedding the performance metrics and KPIs that steer us toward our strategic goals. Your work will define what success looks like — and enable how we get there.


As a Power BI Developer, you’ll bring data to life by creating dynamic dashboards and visual reports in Power BI that tell clear, compelling stories. You’ll analyse trends, spot anomalies, and translate complex data into practical, data-led recommendations that help the business make smarter decisions. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you’ll listen, learn, and develop tailored solutions that truly drive performance.

Through a mix of structured learning and hands-on experience, you’ll build your technical expertise and strengthen vital skills like collaboration, communication, and problem-solving.

Must Have's:

•    Can develop and maintain high impact dashboards and visual analytics using Power BI and/or Tableau.
•    Strong understanding of data modelling and relational databases.
•    Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
•    Understanding of asset management principles (IAM) and regulatory frameworks.
•    Experience with data platforms such as Snowflake or Data Fabric.
•    Exposure to asset-intensive environments (Utilities, Energy, Infrastructure).

Pay and Benefits

•    Starting salary up to £55,000 pa.
•    Training and Development.  
•    37 hours Mon – Fri (Location - Flexible with hybrid working) 
•    26 days annual leave plus 8 statutory days. 
•    Enhanced parental leave.
•    Generous contributory pension scheme - we will double-match your contribution to a maximum. company contribution of 12%. Totalling 18%.
