Experienced and impact-oriented Data Analysts with experience across diverse industries. Proven ability to transform complex datasets into actionable business insights. Strong blend of technical expertise (SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, DBT) and business acumen, especially in marketing attribution, stakeholder communication, and process efficiency.

This role is perfect for someone with strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel, Python or R, and data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau. It's a great fit for individuals who enjoy problem-solving and have a deep curiosity about uncovering insights from data to inform business decisions. This position typically requires several years of hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and possibly mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate also possesses solid business acumen and can effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to think strategically are essential, as senior analysts often serve as a bridge between data teams and leadership, helping guide decisions with data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in data analysis role.

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio).

  • Strong knowledge of Excel and scripting languages like Python.

  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
    Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and deliver impactful insights.

  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving mindset.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).

  • Familiarity with A/B testing, statistical modeling, or predictive analytics.

  • Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
