Product Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Product Analyst to join our growing team at Wokelo AI. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to support data-driven decision-making, enhance product development processes, and shape our roadmap through user insights and quantitative analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support product managers with internal processes, documentation, and analytical insights.

• Collaborate with the engineering team on integrations with third-party tools and platforms.

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics and performance insights.

• Conduct data validation and user feedback loops to support feature launches and product iteration.

• Translate user behavior and product data into actionable insights to inform prioritization and roadmap planning.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Associate Product Manager, ideally in a SaaS or data-centric environment.

• Proficiency with analytical and business intelligence tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear product recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and the ability to operate independently in fast-paced, startup environments.

• Prior experience working with consulting, venture capital, private equity, or investment banking clients, or exposure to Global Capability Centers (GCCs) of such firms.

• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, Gen-AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), or data management products is highly desirable.
