About this position:
The HR Systems & Data Analyst is responsible for supporting and maintaining core HR technologies, including Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and performance management tools. This role combines strong technical expertise with a foundation in HR processes to provide critical reporting, ensure data integrity, and support compliance and decision-making through data analysis. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams, contribute to ongoing process improvement, and help drive business objectives through HR system insights and training content.

About this job:
- Administer and support HRIS and LMS platforms, including configuration, troubleshooting, user support, and maintenance
- Design and deliver accurate, timely, and visually effective reports and dashboards on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Identify opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies to improve HR processes, analytics, and user experiences
- Collect and analyze data from multiple sources (internal systems, databases, and industry reports) to identify trends, support decision-making, and recommend solutions
- Ensure HR data compliance and support federal and state reporting, including Affirmative Action reporting coordination with external vendors
- Monitor and report on HR departmental budgets and assist with annual budget preparation
- Develop and maintain departmental scorecards and dashboards using tools such as AI, Excel, Tableau, and/or Power BI
- Interpret HR data and recommend actions based on analysis; alert stakeholders to process issues and help develop corrective actions
- Respond to internal/external data inquiries, surveys, and benchmarking requests
- Maintain data protocols and support departmental self-audits to ensure data quality and internal control compliance
- Coordinate with Records and HR stakeholders to ensure proper data and document management practices
- Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives as a subject matter expert in data and systems
- Assist with the creation, editing, and deployment of interactive e-learning modules using training design software

Am I right for this job? Here's the success profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems or similar field of study
- Two years of related experience with Human Resource Management Systems or HR analytics
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Prefer experience with SAP, Tableau and PowerBI
- Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to demonstrate and maintain a good safety record
