Oden Technologies is seeking a Director of Solution Delivery to lead the implementation, onboarding, and value realization processes for our enterprise manufacturing customers. You’ll oversee a growing team responsible for ensuring that customers rapidly unlock value from our platform. This is a hands-on role, owning the systems, processes, and team structures required to deliver high-impact, scalable deployments. The ideal candidate brings deep experience implementing complex SaaS solutions in industrial or manufacturing environments, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and thrives in high-accountability, growth-oriented teams.

You’ll serve as the critical bridge between technical execution and customer outcomes, helping our product evolve to transform how manufacturers harness data to drive continuous improvement. Your success in this role will directly determine customer expansion, long-term adoption, and product evolution.
What you’ll do:
Team Leadership and Development
Hire, coach, build, & lead a team of high-performing Solution Engineers, Solution Architects, and Solution Managers, creating a culture of execution, collaboration, and fun.
Define team structure and career development pathways as the organization scales.
Delivery and Value Realization
Own the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to measurable value realization ensuring consistent, high-quality, and scalable delivery across customers.
Develop scalable delivery frameworks and playbooks that adapt to varied customer environments and reduce time-to-value.
Identify implementation barriers and proactively drive solutions that ensure long-term customer success.
Product and Services Strategy
Advise our product strategy to accelerate self-service and AI capabilities through improved customer feedback loop
Expand professional services business and approach with the goal of accelerating value realization & ARR growth
Resource Planning
Own effort estimations and resource forecasts to ensure alignment of scope, budget, and delivery capacity.
Implement and manage resource planning and timesheet systems to optimize staffing and delivery forecasting.
Commercial Relationship Development
Build trusted advisor relationships across all customer levels—from plant managers to CIOs.
Partner with Sales to support renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
Support and help develop partner strategy to expand our ecosystem of technology, services, & consulting partners to accelerate customer value & ARR growth
What you bring:
8+ years experience at enterprise SaaS companies working with complex, technical software deployments. Manufacturing or industrial environments are strongly preferred.
3+ years leading multidisciplinary delivery teams, including architects, engineers, and implementation managers, with a focus on execution & accountability
Demonstrated ability to work closely with manufacturing organizations and understand the operational context of customers—from shop floor operators to senior executives.
Proven success implementing structured customer success programs, onboarding journeys, and engagement models that improve retention and product adoption.
Experience navigating complex enterprise organizations to accelerate product adoption, influence collaboration and evangelize opportunities to grow the account value & revenue
Exceptional communication skills - ability to credibly communicate and influence at all levels of the organization, from operations to engineering to C-level executives
Experience developing long-term, close business relationships with executives, operational managers and engineers
Comfort in fast-paced, hands-on environments and a willingness to go deep into technical and operational customer needs.
Experience scoping technical work, writing SOWs, and aligning cross-functional delivery in high-accountability environments.
Experience with data-intensive and ML-driven products, and comfort translating abstract capabilities into operational workflows. Experience with building or managing tools such as Salesforce, Monday.com, Jira or other implementation/project management platforms.
Passion for team culture—motivated to create a fun environment of high engagement, accountability, and professional growth. Operating under a squad model is a plus.
We anticipate the base salary band for this role will be between $160,000 and $210,000, in addition to equity, variable compensation, and benefits. The salary at offer will be determined by factors such as the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
