We’re looking for a Full-Stack Growth Marketer who’s hands-on, data-driven, and eager to build from scratch.


You’ll own and operate the full funnel: acquisition, onboarding, lifecycle, and content.


This is a hands-on, doer role, no teams to manage (yet), just a clear opportunity to drive results and grow into leadership as the company scales.

Requirements

✅ You’re a Fit If You…

  • Have 3+ years in B2B SaaS (ideally in PLG or trial-based products)
  • Can write effective copy (emails, CTAs, blog intros) without a content team
  • Have hands-on experience with HubSpot AND Intercom
  • Can edit and update WordPress pages yourself (no dev help)
  • Have used AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Notion AI to help write, plan, or automate
  • Know how to analyze funnels and launch experiments independently
  • Thrive in fast-paced, startup environments where you’re trusted to own outcomes

  • You’ve never built or automated lifecycle campaigns
  • You’ve only done brand or social marketing without lifecycle or funnel ownership
  • You rely solely on agencies to execute paid ads or email automations
  • You haven’t used generative AI tools for marketing workflows
  • You’ve never personally worked inside HubSpot workflows or Intercom Series

What You’ll Do

Lifecycle & Activation

  • Launch onboarding, trial nurture, and re-engagement flows in HubSpot
  • Create in-app product tours, nudges, and messaging using Intercom
  • Write and optimize lifecycle copy for clarity, tone, and conversions
  • Create segmented campaigns for different personas or product behaviors

Acquisition & Content Optimization

  • Optimize and edit WordPress pages directly (landing pages, CTAs, SEO meta)
  • Audit and improve existing blog posts for SEO and CTA conversion
  • Launch small-scale paid acquisition (LinkedIn, Google) and retargeting
  • Use generative AI to accelerate content refreshes, ad copy, and email ideas

Growth Ops & Analytics

  • Set up Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for full-funnel visibility: visit → signup → activation → paid
  • Track campaign performance and iterate quickly
  • Build dashboards and implement custom events and triggers to measure conversion and feature usage
  • Identify and fix conversion bottlenecks

Foundation Building

  • Create segmented ICPs and light product marketing frameworks
  • Work cross-functionally with product and CS to identify activation levers
  • Help define messaging, differentiators, and light ABM targets

A Day in the Life Might Include…

  • Launching a 3-step onboarding flow for trialers in HubSpot
  • Refreshing a blog post using SEO + ChatGPT prompts
  • Creating an Intercom nudge for a new feature rollout
  • Reviewing funnel drop-offs and adjusting a CTA
  • Meeting with product to align on activation metrics

Compensation & Benefits

  • $100K - $130K Base
  • 0.1% - 0.25% Equity
