Associate Employee Data Governance – Transaction Specialist

The Boeing Employee Data Governance (EDG) team is looking for an Associate Employee Data Governance – Transaction Specialist to join our team in Berkeley, MO; Hazelwood, MO; Auburn, WA; Englewood, CO; Mesa, AZ; Puyallup, WA; Renton, WA; Saint Charles, MO; Seattle, WA; or Tukwila, WA.

This position is perfect for the candidate who thrives on problem solving, delivering results, and creating positive user experiences within an ever-changing environment. The ideal candidate will partner directly with customer and functional resources to provide timely and accurate resolutions to requests.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes transactional errors, interfaces with customers and takes appropriate action following established guidelines and procedures.
  • Interprets and explains HR business processes to customer inquiries.
  • Responds to moderately complex global customer inquiries, using service request tool
  • Evaluates HR systems query results for transactional errors, investigates and takes appropriate action.
  • Performs HR data transaction corrections using HR systems following established guidelines and procedures.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience with Workday
  • 1+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
  • 1+ years of experience providing guidance regarding HR policies, procedures, processes and services

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook and Excel)
  • 1+ years of experience with the Workday HR Management System
  • 1+ years of experience leading and managing projects
