Enservio provides services that help adjusters and claims professionals solve one of the biggest issues in property insurance – quantifying and valuing what’s inside a policyholder’s home. Minimizing back and forth with our customer by providing them the most accurate settlement reports to aid in their Content Claim process.

The Role
As part of the Data team, the Data Management Specialist works to maintain and support Enservio’s data quality and product cache. This role will build efficiencies with our automation, maintain quality and accuracy of system generated product matches and support all aspects of Data Management. Working with the products and vendors that populate our system via Crawlers and retailer feeds and strive toward improving and grooming products for increased automation and accuracy within our proprietary software.

What You’ll Do

• Leverage Claim Line data with most accurate to improve data elements within Internal Claim system.
• Analyze Contents claim data to identify and recommend areas of opportunity.
• Reviewing data trends from the operations team to make recommendations to bolster products within systems.
• Partner with Operations, Sales & Product teams to build efficiencies with data and product cache
• Support as Operation Overflow based on business needs.

• Property and Casualty claim knowledge helpful.
