We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions!  This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.  

In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring that internal systems and lab machines operate efficiently and effectively. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with creative and technical teams, supporting the development of cutting-edge interactive entertainment. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, this role also presents occasional opportunities to support game testing operations directly. 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with studio management and technical leadership to address IT-related needs across the studio.
  • Procure, configure, and manage PC hardware, peripherals, and equipment recycling.
  • Provide day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Manage user accounts and access via Azure Active Directory.
  • Maintain accurate records of PC and hardware inventory.
  • Write and maintain scripts (using Python, C#, or PowerShell) for test automation across PC and console environments.
  • Support and maintain automated test infrastructure for lab machines.
  • Work with broader enterprise IT teams to align with best practices and address escalated technical concerns.

Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of IT support experience, including at least 2 years in a procurement or hardware management role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft services such as Azure Active Directory and Azure DevOps.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python, C#, or PowerShell.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated experience resolving technical issues in a customer-focused manner.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience supporting game development teams or in a studio environment. 
  • Familiarity with multiple operating systems.
  • Previous involvement in automated testing environments for software or hardware.
  • A relevant degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus but not required.

Salary Range 

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $70,000 to $75,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.

Location: This is a full-time onsite role based in Redmond, WA (Puget Sound area) with a required in-office presence five days a week.
