Institutional Data Engineer Officer

1. Create data engineering and analytics strategies to support the university objectives.
2. Maintain an external institutional data engineering and analytics plan aligning with the university’s strategy.
3. Maintain and implement external institutional data collection protocols and standards for different data sources, 
including SCOPUS, SINTA, PDDIKTI.
4. Implement external institutional data engineering processes and identify areas for improvement.
5. Conduct implementation of the university's strategic planning and assessment initiatives related to Data Engineer
6. Communicate with IT teams to optimize external institutional data infrastructure performance and scalability.
7. Update external institutional data governance policies and procedures for data storage and access.
8. Create the design and implementation of databases and data warehouses.

Management Support Activities :

o Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time 
concern, effort and cost).
o Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.

Education Requirement :

 Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)

Work Experience :

 Minimum 2 years working experience
