Requirements

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new AI-powered features in line with the product roadmap, following best coding practices.
• Build and implement APIs and backend services that seamlessly integrate AI models into content and sales workflows.
• Develop user-facing interfaces for AI-driven tools like recommendation engines, personalized advertising, and automated content creation.
• Identify and solve technical challenges with a focus on improving AI performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Investigate and resolve product-related issues, acting as a go-to problem solver within the team.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to performance and scalability standards.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and apply them thoughtfully to improve products.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt quickly to shifting priorities and customer needs.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role with a solid grasp of AI/ML fundamentals and real-world applications.
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Proven experience working in distributed teams (onshore-offshore model) with a collaborative and adaptable mindset.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes, project management tools (e.g., Jira), and collaboration platforms.
