Key Responsibilities

• AI and Agentic Solutions: Design and implement data pipelines, models, and AI/Agentic solutions to support advanced analytics and AI use cases.

• Quality & Compliance: Apply rigorous statistical data quality checks and collaborate with legal and security teams to anonymize and synthesize data where necessary.

• Technical Leadership: Develop and maintain data engineering best practices, contributing to data analytics, visualization, and insights.

• Enable Business Decisions: Work closely with CDO/IT Data Scientists and developers to deliver insights that drive better decision-making and commercial value.

What You Bring

• Technical Expertise: Expert-level skills in AI tools and platforms, with experience in designing and implementing scalable data models and pipelines.  Proven experience with AI technologies (e.g., Databricks, Spark, Snowflake) and programming languages (Python, Java, SQL).

• Data Mastery: Strong proficiency in handling structured and unstructured data, with hands-on experience in data validation and statistical quality processes.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex data challenges and deliver innovative, actionable solutions.

• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work across teams, including legal, security, and policy stakeholders.

• Experience: 8–10 years in AI Data Science or Data Engineering roles, with a proven track record of delivering impactful data solutions.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, or Scientific Computing preferred.
