Key Responsibilities

• AI and Agentic Solutions: Design and implement data pipelines, models, and AI/Agentic solutions to support advanced analytics and AI use cases.

• Data Integrity: Validate, normalize, and clean data using advanced tools, applying statistical data quality procedures to ensure reliability.

• Platform Development: Build and maintain scalable AI and Agentic solution while ensuring accuracy and data integrity throughout its lifecycle.

• Collaboration: Work with policy and security teams to anonymize and synthesize data, ensuring compliance with data governance standards.

• Support Decision-Making: Enable data scientists by preparing high-quality data assets for analysis, visualization, and actionable insights.

What You Bring

• Technical Expertise:  Proven experience with AI technologies (e.g., Databricks, Spark, Snowflake) and programming languages (Python, Java, SQL).

• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to handle complex data challenges and deliver solutions that drive business impact.

• Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work with cross-functional teams, including legal, security, and data scientists.

• Experience: 5–8 years in data engineering or related roles, with a proven track record of building and maintaining scalable data systems.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, or Scientific Computing preferred.
