Job Description
We are looking for a skilled (Senior) Analyst with expertise in (digital) marketing analytics to join our growing Marketing Analytics team.
As a Senior Marketing Analyst, within the Data Division, you will leverage Google Analytics 4, Adjust (MMP) and internal data sources to analyze our website’s and mobile app’s performance, identify key trends, and deliver actionable insights to enhance marketing strategy effectiveness.
You will work closely with our marketing teams to uncover insights that directly impact our ability to optimize user acquisition, engagement, and retention across all channels - ultimately boosting performance.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN:
- Improve and harmonize our measurement capabilities by collaborating with performance marketing, developers, data engineers and tracking experts.
- Support our various brands by conducting ad-hoc analysis and providing detailed dashboards and reports on web and app channel performance
- Create and maintain insightful dashboards and reports that monitor performance KPIs such as cost per acquisition (CPA), cost per lead (CPL), lifetime value (LTV) retention rate, and engagement metrics across our web and app platforms.
- Collaborate with our performance marketing team to enhance paid media strategies and campaigns (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
- Conduct deep dive analysis into campaign and channel performance, helping the performance marketing team to understand the impact of their campaigns on key metrics like sessions, leads, conversion, and retention.
- Perform cohort analysis to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Present actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders across marketing and growth teams.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, business-focused insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Optimize our marketing spends and improve our ROI across channels by supporting our data science team to further enhance our Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM)
- Forecast future trends and performance based on historical data, helping inform performance marketing and growth strategies.
Qualifications
AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS:
- Several years of experience in analytics, with a focus on (digital) marketing analytics.
- Strong experience working with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or other analytics tools.
- Profound knowledge of attribution difficulties and app marketing channels.
- Hands-on experience in analyzing web and mobile app data, including user acquisition, retention, and LTV metrics.
- Experience working with backend data systems like AWS Athena or Redshift and SQL for querying large datasets.
- Experience with visualization tools like Looker and Tableau
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with marketing, tracking, data engineering and data science teams.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Adjust (MMP) and advanced Google Sheets skills are a plus
