Why this role matters

We're looking for a technically-minded, process-oriented builder to lead PEMO’s agentic AI and automation initiatives.This role sits at the intersection of AI, automation, and business operations, with the goal of designing and deploying intelligent workflows across the company using tools like:

• ChatGPT
• Make / n8n
• Relevance.ai
• Internal APIs and systems

🎯 What you'll do

• Design and implement AI-powered workflows and internal agents
• Identify and map core operational processes across teams (Sales, Onboarding, Compliance, Support, Finance)
• Automate manual work using no-code tools and system integrations
• Build reusable components: prompts, scripts, templates, automations
• Train teams and act as PEMO’s internal AI automation champion
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to evolve MVPs into full features
• Explore and test cutting-edge agentic frameworks (AutoGPT, LangChain, etc.)

🔍 What we're looking for

• A technical background — Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Experience with automation tools (e.g. Make, n8n, Zapier)
• Strong process thinking — you love simplifying messy operations
• Exposure to or interest in LLMs & agentic systems (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting (Python/JavaScript)
• Independent, curious, and able to work across functions
• Bonus: experience in SaaS, fintech, or internal tooling
