We're seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our application delivery process through data-driven insights. - Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline data collection, processing, and reporting.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to understand data flows and identify key metrics for performance monitoring, including DORA metrics, which will provide valuable data insights for assessing deployment frequency, lead time for changes, mean time to recover, and change failure rate.
- Utilize statistical methods and predictive analytics to assess potential failure points and recommend improvements.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data insights for stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the SDLC.
- Assist in the development of data models and algorithms to support decision-making processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis, DevOps, and automation.
Location:
This role will be based out of Hyderabad or Bangalore, India.
Qualifications:

- Experience with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform).
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Points:
- Opportunity to work on challenging and impactful projects in a fast-paced environment.
