The ideal candidate must be a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, with proven expertise in Lean, Agile, RPA, Generative AI, and Data Science. This role demands hands-on experience in transforming operations, driving automation, improving processes, and delivering measurable outcomes across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full lifecycle digital transformation and operational excellence projects across international geographies.

Apply Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC, Kaizen) and continuous improvement frameworks to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.

Serve as a Scrum Master on agile initiatives, ensuring timely and effective project delivery.

Implement Robotics Process Automation (RPA) using tools such as UI Path and Automation Anywhere.

Lead design, development, and execution of Generative AI and Prompt Engineering use cases.

Engage with stakeholders to define business problems and deliver data-driven digital solutions.

Mentor, train, and certify Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Green Belt, and Black Belt project teams.

Conduct Lean Six Sigma training programs; develop content and assess training effectiveness.

Lead the review and sign-off of Lean Six Sigma project charters, storyboard reviews, and final certifications.

Drive capability-building initiatives in digital transformation, data analytics, and intelligent automation.

Respond to client RFPs/RFIs with digital solution proposals and transformation roadmaps.

Technical Expertise:

500+ Lean Six Sigma projects executed or mentored, with direct savings of millions of USD

20,000+ man-hours of Lean Six Sigma and process improvement training delivered

Proficient in Agile, RPA, Process Mining, Business Process Reengineering, Tableau

Implemented AI/ML projects, including real-time analytics and automation

Proven track record of measurable impact on KPIs like AHT, TAT, NPS, CSAT, and cycle times

Adept at managing global stakeholder communications, change enablement, and business adoption strategies

Preferred Experience:

25+ years of professional experience, including 20+ years in BPO, Digital Transformation & Quality

Strategic leadership roles across Operational Quality, Corporate Quality, Vendor/Client Contract Management, and Digital Capability Enablement

Global exposure, with successful delivery in India, USA, South Africa, and the Philippines

Mentored over 200+ Green Belt and 20+ Black Belt projects

Delivered strategic programs with impact exceeding $8MN in annual business benefits
