Compliance data management & Analytics PM/PMO

Job Description:

Responsibilities - your mission

• Analyze CRM (Critical Raw Material)  impact on engineering and related departments.

• Understand PLM systems, BOMs (Bill of Material) , and engineering design data.

• Apply knowledge of SAP systems in process optimization.

• Manage technical projects with a hands-on approach to systems and data.

• Ensure data integrity and contribute to internal controls.

• Utilize data analytics to identify process improvement opportunities.

• Understand engineering product development and design processes.

• Manage stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

• Proactively adapt to changing needs and drive process optimization.

• Explore AI potential for process enhancement and Provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

• Coordinate activities and manage projects, follow up on open actions and take necessary steps for task closure. 

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in an engineering or manufacturing and data management 

• Proven experience with PLM systems.

• Solid understanding of SAP systems.

• Experience in technical project management and data analysis.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with data analytics concepts.

• Understanding of engineering workflows and product design.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Proactive and adaptable approach.

• Experience managing and connecting data sources.

• Experience with Jira, Google Suite, and Office Suite.

• Familiarity with the Google environment and basic macros (plus).

• Knowledge of product safety (nice-to-have).
