What you’ll do as a Master Data Specialist?

Master data governance:

• Central product setup, including searchable attributes, and maintenance

• Vendor setup, maintenance, and governance

• Setup and maintain commodity code in SAP and product hierarchy cross reference according to Tax requirements.

• Maintaining the master data cross-ref between the systems and assuring data coherence between the systems

• Quality control and cleansing of master data

• Support the countries according to SLA (Service Level Agreement) with the product and vendor creation and maintenance process, assuring quality of the data

Data Quality Analysis:

• Analyzing and auditing item creation and item change requests

• Identifying data mismatches and continuously striving for improving processes

• Execution of data checks to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and global data integrity.

• Understanding subsequent systems, reports, outlets for all master data fields

• Contributing ideas and actions towards continuous improvement of processes within master data areas

• Generating ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end-users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts.

What you’ll bring?

• IT literacy and good understanding of data structures

• Good understanding of MS Excel

• Fluency in English

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Previous experience of working with data

• Analytical and pro-active mindset
