Our team

The Amadeus Technology Platforms & Engineering group is dedicated to enhancing the travel industry through innovative technology solutions. This apprenticeship focuses on leveraging Agentic AI, as proposed by the Global Event Mesh (GEM) Team, to analyze events and trigger actions that increase airline customer satisfaction.

Role Overview

The main goal is to design, develop, and implement a prototype/Proof of Concept (PoC) using Agentic AI to analyze various events and trigger actions based on the analysis. This will involve collaboration with Product Management, R&D colleagues, and other departments to demonstrate the added value of Agentic AI in improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the needs from R&D colleagues for AI deployment.

• Prototype technology for AI industrialization such as KubeFlow, MLFlow.

• Develop and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms.

• Select use cases and support the review, optimization to allow deployment at scale.

• Analyze different AI techniques and propose the best one in terms of processing and stability.

• Benchmark results and participate in the parsing of large datasets.

• Understand business problems and propose demonstrations and simulations of revenue increase.

Your Profile

• Knowledge of NLP and Machine Learning (scikit for first prototype, Spark ML Lib, etc.).

• Experience with parallel processing engines such as Hadoop, Spark.

• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala environments.

• Fluent English (working language).

• Strong willingness to innovate and understand the value of data.

• Passion for text mining and investigating new development technologies.
