Data Analytics Operations Officer

Role Overview:

• Manage daily Digital Compliance Program (DCP) operations. Coordinates with internal stakeholders such as ethical, trade and sales groups
• Manage and monitor call center performance for handling customer related concerns. 
• Harmonize and improve DCP processes for free goods reimbursement across ethical divisions.
• Harmonize and implement DCP processes for brands that will join the DCP program across the ethical divisions. 
• Increase DCP Operational Efficiency and Effectiveness through Data Driven Analytics. 
• Coordination of DCP Performance and Action Plans across ethical and key account stakeholders. 
• Design and Conceptualize CRM programs for ethical divisions. 
• Standardize DCP Reports for key accounts and ethical Stakeholders. 
• Conduct regular fieldwork for monitoring performance of DCP in the trade and ethical operations for process improvements. 

Role Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Business, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Proficient in using Analytical tools such as MS Excel and/or Tableau

• Analytical, communication/presentation and project management skills

• Must be willing to do fieldwork
