Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our People and Culture team as an Executive in People Analytics. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about data, people insights, and the impact of analytics on workforce decisions. You will play a key role in supporting data-driven HR strategies and help the organization optimize its human capital through insightful reporting and analysis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from various sources such as HRIS, ATS, LMS, and performance management systems.

• Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards for stakeholders (e.g., headcount, attrition, diversity, talent acquisition metrics).

• Assist in developing HR scorecards and KPIs to track organizational performance.

• Support HR initiatives through data insights (e.g., engagement surveys, DE&I programs, training effectiveness).

• Work with HRBPs and leads to interpret data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with data privacy regulations.

• Stay updated on HR tech and analytics trends to continuously improve data reporting practices.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Business, Economics, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Proficiency in Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts); familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of HR concepts and metrics.

• Strong communication skills to present data findings to non-technical audiences.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Requirements

• Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation.

• Internship or project experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or business intelligence.

• Familiarity with HR software like Workday, Hibob, or BambooHR.
