ERP Data Analyst & Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Data & Business System Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to healthcare services.

• The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with healthcare data, and proficiency in data management and analysis tools.
• This role requires close collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand data needs and objectives.
• Experience working with EHR systems, healthcare claims data, ERP Space (Finance, Supply Chain, Performance management, WFM, scheduling etc) familiarity with healthcare regulations like HIPAA
• Data Profiling and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex healthcare data to prepare the mapping sheet to the Datawarehouse target model.
• Data Management: Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data across various data management systems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with SMEs to understand data requirements and objectives, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain an understanding of healthcare data standards and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
• Tool Proficiency: Utilize data analysis tools such as SQL to manage, manipulate, and analyze data efficiently.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
• Candidates with exposure or knowledge with GCP are preferred.
