Geotab is seeking a Sales Systems & Data Governance intern who will work on data cleansing, data governance and updating records in Salesforce. What you'll do:As a Sales Systems & Data Governance Intern, your key area of responsibility will be to synchronize and update data from Geotab’s internal systems to Salesforce records, assisting with data cleansing and data governance activities. You will need to work closely with Geotab’s Revenue Operations teams.
To be successful in this role you will have a strong work ethic, an eagerness to jump in and help fix things, strong communication skills and a positive attitude. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong proficiency in Google Workspace, experience using CRM systems, and strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and discrepancies. The successful candidate will also be able to manage multiple timelines and contrasting priorities to ensure timely results.
The opportunity- 8-12 month work-term, beginning September 2025

Data Governance - 1 position
- Data cleansing and Salesforce system updates
- Build intelligent dashboards and reports using Salesforce
- Audit and standardize existing sales processes
Sales Systems - 1 position
- Data cleansing and Salesforce system updates
- Data governance activities that contribute to Geotab’s revenue sales forecasting
- Understand areas of improvement in existing processes/workflows and actively work with developers and other stakeholders to improve them
- Maintain and create up-to-date documentation for processes, training materials, and system configurations
- Completing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively multi-task
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong organization, and time management skills, as well as a willingness to learn and strong work ethic
- Experience with with formatting and styles in Google Docs/MS Word and formatting tables in Google Sheets/MS Excel
- Experience using CRM tools, preferably Salesforce and SQL would be an asset
- Demonstrates good judgment, effective problem solving and can prioritize tasks appropriately
- Strong project management and analytical skills with the ability to recognize patterns and change processes
- Enthusiastic, creative, self-motivated to complete work, with the ability to collaborate with various departments across Geotab
