You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in report development and data analysis.
• Strong skills in quantitative research and statistical modeling to generate insights.
• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in client relationship management and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• Familiar with GitHub and Visual Studio SSIS/SSRS for code management and reporting.
• Proficient in Python for data manipulation, with working knowledge of Power BI or Qlik.
• Expertise in Data Lake architecture and AWS services, including Amazon Redshift and S3, for large-scale data storage and analytics.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities: 

• Understand business requirements, determine relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and prepare visualization reports gathering data from various sources like databases, APIs, files, and streams, and ensuring its integration into a suitable format for analysis.
• Preparing the data for analysis by addressing inconsistencies, errors, and missing values to ensure its quality and reliability.
• Employing statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyze data, identify patterns, trends, and insights, and develop predictive models for forecasting.
• Presenting data effectively using charts, graphs, and dashboards to enhance understanding and aid decision-making processes.
• Implementing and maintaining data governance policies and security measures to safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Staying updated with the latest developments in data analytics, machine learning, and technology trends, and continuously improving skills and knowledge to enhance the effectiveness of data analytics solutions.
