Position Summary 
As an AI Full Stack Developer at Nestlé, you will serve as a specialist with a concentrated focus on the technical implementation of advanced AI solutions, leveraging your deep expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Natural Language Processing (NLP). Your primary responsibility is to design, develop, and deploy comprehensive AI-driven solutions that address complex business challenges while executing specific, operational tasks that deliver measurable value. In this role, you will build GenAI-based applications—including agentic frameworks—evaluate the quality and production readiness of AI solutions, and take a hands-on approach to building, fine-tuning, deploying, and monitoring robust machine learning models using state-of-the-art RAG techniques. Additionally, you will implement proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate value and, once validated, scale these solutions to full production across both on-premises and cloud environments, applying your specialized knowledge to ensure these AI systems are integral to Nestlé’s projects.

 

A day in the life of an Associate AI Full Stack Developer:


Advanced AI Solutions:
•    Deliver production-ready GenAI applications, including agentic frameworks and NLP-based models tailored to meet specific business needs.
Seamless System Integration:
•    Ensure smooth integration of AI solutions within Nestlé’s operational ecosystem, supporting both on-premises and cloud environments.
Robust Machine Learning Models:
•    Develop, fine-tune, deploy, and monitor machine learning models using state-of-the-art RAG techniques to ensure high performance and scalability.
Proof-of-Concept Implementation:
•    Execute proof-of-concept projects that clearly demonstrate value, paving the way for subsequent scaling into full production environments.
Operational Effectiveness & Efficiency
•    Streamlined AI workflows: Implement efficient and standardized processes for developing, training, and deploying AI models.
•    Automated model pipelines: Develop automated pipelines that integrate data ingestion, model training, evaluation, and deployment to reduce manual effort.
•    Scalable AI infrastructure: Design and implement a robust infrastructure that supports the growing data and computational needs of AI applications.
•    Real-time monitoring and optimization: Establish systems to continuously monitor AI performance and resource usage, identifying opportunities for optimization.
•    Agile AI project delivery: Apply agile methodologies to ensure the timely and efficient deployment of AI solutions.
•    Continuous model improvement: Foster an environment of iterative enhancement by routinely refining AI models based on performance metrics and user feedback.
•    Cross-functional collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with data scientists, IT architects, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless AI integration.
•    Comprehensive documentation and knowledge sharing: Create detailed documentation and promote the exchange of insights and best practices across teams.
•    AI performance metrics and reporting: Develop and maintain clear performance metrics to regularly assess and report on the effectiveness and efficiency of AI operations.


What will make you successful?


•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
•    1+ years of co-op/internship or hands-on experience in full stack development, especially in AI-enhanced applications
•    Proficient in Python for backend development, scripting, and AI/ML integration
•    Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain and building workflows involving Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
•    Hands-on experience deploying Function Apps and Web Apps using cloud platforms (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure App Services, or AWS equivalents)
•    Comfortable with frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.js
•    Familiarity with consuming and integrating RESTful APIs to connect frontend, backend, and external services 
•    Basic understanding of vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, or Azure Cognitive Search) used in LLM applications
•    Knowledge version control (Git), and basic CI/CD workflows
•    Effective communicator and team player, with strong problem-solving skills and fluency in English.
