The HR Data Analyst is responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality reporting tools, dashboards, and analysis frameworks to support HR processes such as Recruitment, Headcount, Turnover, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Diversity, Compliance, Payroll, and HR operational performance. This role focuses on analyzing HR data to provide actionable insights, improve processes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The HR Data Analyst will also support strategic initiatives by producing data-driven reports, conducting ad hoc analyses, and collaborating with HR teams to enhance data quality and collection methods.   In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Design, implement, and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to support key HR functions.
  • Extract, analyze, and interpret HR data to evaluate the efficiency of activities and processes. Analyze the requirements regarding new analytics and propose relevant analytics
  • Collaborate with HR teams to improve data collection, quality, and reporting methodologies.
  • Provide insights to support decision-making on topics such as Recruitment, Talent Management, and Diversity initiatives.
  • Produce comprehensive, data-backed reports to supervise key performance indicators (KPIs) and organizational performance.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to address emerging HR challenges and provide timely solutions.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to existing HR processes, tools, and efficiency.
  Who You Are:
  • Bachelor’s degree is required; a technical or related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in English. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey data-driven insights to non-technical audiences. 
  • Proven ability to work effectively in dynamic environments and support continuous improvement initiatives.
     
For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in data transformation, interpretation, and visualization.
  Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience with HR systems or programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is advantageous
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other Office 365 tools like SharePoint or Power Automate is a plus.
