We are looking for a BI Developer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzes business needs and gathers requirements from stakeholders.
• Participates in working groups to define business analysis specifications.
• Designs and develops reports and dashboards in Power BI, with an emphasis on interactivity, usability and accuracy.
• Integrates data from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.) into a central platform.
• Ensures data quality and integrity through careful preparation, cleansing and modeling.
• Manages JIRA tickets related to requests for reports and data visualizations.
• Acts as a point of contact with the customer for BI reports, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
• Participates in meetings with stakeholders to understand needs and present solutions.
• Provides documentation for processes, models and dashboards, promoting transparency and reuse.
• Identifies opportunities for optimization and automation in data management with the aim of customer satisfaction, quality assurance, cost and time reduction
• Communicates and collaborates with other developers, solution architects, business analysts, customers and Project Managers
• Remains constantly up to speed on the latest trends and technologies in Power BI and the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem as well as the wider Data Analytics and Business Intelligence trends & technologies available in the market

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or other related subject
• Knowledge of Power BI/SSIS/Qlikview/Qliksense
• Proven experience in using Power BI to create reports and dashboards.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in SQL Server database programming, relational databases and application development
• Ability to connect and integrate data from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, APIs).
• Experience in business process analysis and automation suitability testing.

Desired Qualifications:

• Microsoft Power BI Certification
• Familiarity with other BI tools such as Tableau or other Data Analytics or Business Intelligence technologies  [PL1] 
• Experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Strong programming skills in Python, R or other relevant languages ​​for data processing, analysis and model development
• Previous work experience in a dynamic Agile / SCRUM project delivery environment.
• Degree, certification or advanced learning in Machine Learning applications
