Founded in 2020 in Tel Aviv, Israel, Darrow is revolutionizing the justice system. Our team of world-class legal experts and technologists has built an intelligence platform that uncovers egregious violations across legal domains, such as privacy and data breaches, consumer protection, securities and financial fraud, environment, and employment.
We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and collaborative U.S.-licensed attorney to join our Legal Intelligence Quality Counsel team.
This role is essential in ensuring the legal integrity of our cases, helping shape strategy, and supporting our efforts to scale quality across Darrow’s cutting-edge legal tech platform.

Responsibilities
- Assess legal strength of potential legal violations, advising on litigation-readiness and viability
- Review and revise case reports, ensuring persuasive legal arguments and clear articulation of claims
- Conduct legal research on diverse areas of U.S. law, staying up to date on developments and trends
- Advise on legal strategy for high-impact tech-assisted litigation; evaluate LLM (Large Language Model) legal outputs from a U.S. law perspective
- Support model training and accuracy improvements for AI-driven legal tools and systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts, intelligence experts, data professionals, litigation partnerships and consultants to ensure legal accuracy and quality
- Communicate legal insights to non-legal stakeholders and potential clients, clearly explaining legal merit and risk
- Innovate and build – identify gaps in current processes, propose improvements, and help shape the evolving standards of legal quality at Darrow
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and active license to practice in the U.S.
- Native English speaker
- 2+ years of litigation experience in the U.S. (class actions, complex commercial, or mass torts a plus)
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Excellent judgment and ability to independently assess legal viability
- Creative thinker with a “builder mindset” – eager to identify needs and create solutions
- Team player who is collaborative, resourceful, and mission-aligned
Advantages:
- Experience working on mass actions, consumer protection, or complex litigation
- Background in legal tech or legal innovation
- Experience with AI, LLMs, or legal knowledge systems
- Former Editor or leadership experience on a law journal
