Maids.cc provides tech-driven home care services to households. It has become the second largest employer in the UAE.

We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern to join our team. This paid internship offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in business analysis, workflow optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

This is a hybrid position, offering both remote work flexibility and in-office collaboration at our M1 Building offices in Downtown Beirut.

What You’ll Do

• Collect and analyze data to create reports for different modules and make informed decisions. 
  

• Use AI tools, LLMs, and automation to create new chatbots and improve existing ones.
  

• Develop chatbots, applications, wireframes, workflows, and features to attract new clients, engage employees, and increase retention.
  

• Work with developers to create and integrate AI solutions into our ERP system.
  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field with exceptional quantitave skills
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  

• Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Mixpanel, or similar) is a plus.
  

• Fluency in English is required.
  

• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
